My talks are not designed to create a brief lift in energy that disappears once people return to work.

They are designed to help people think more clearly about how decisions are made, where responsibility really sits, and why capable people so often stop using their judgement inside organisations.

The value is not just in what happens in the room. It is in what people notice, question and do differently afterwards.
